BLOOMINGTON (Heart of Illinois ABC) - Bloomington Police have released photos of a Cadillac that may have been the getaway car in an armed robbery last week that injured a pawn shop employee.
The robbery happened last Wednesday, May 18, about 2:35 p.m. at a pawn shop in the 2000 block of Ireland Grove Road. Police say a worker was beaten, and there was evidence gunshots had been fired inside.
The employee was treated at a hospital for injuries that were not life threatening, according to police.
Police are looking for two suspects, and they’re asking for help to find a dark gray 2013 to 2018 Cadillac ATS. It has heavily-tinted side and rear, and a sunroof.
“This is not a common vehicle,” said police.
