Scattered showers possible tomorrow
Cooler weather returns too
PEORIA (Heart of Illinois ABC) - We may see an isolated morning shower or two today, as well as an isolated PM storm near I-55. Expect better chances for rain tomorrow before more comfortable weather returns early next week.
Today and Tonight:
We’ll see a few showers linger into this morning, especially near and east of the Illinois River. Most of today will be dry with afternoon sunshine, although a few isolated storms may be possible near and east of I-55. If those storms do form, they could be strong at times. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s.
The Next Big Thing:
Our Next Big Thing arrives on tomorrow as a cold front moves through the area. Scattered showers and a few storms will be possible. Expect cooler weather tomorrow with highs in the 70s.

Next Week:
Highs will remain in the 70s for the first half of next week before rebounding back into the 80s by Thursday.
Showers will be possible on Wednesday with a few storms on Thursday. Expect chances for thunderstorms next weekend as well.
