Increasing rain chances the next few days
PEORIA (Heart of Illinois ABC) - Another cold start to the day is in store across the Heart of Illinois. Frost Advisories remain in effect until 8 AM as temperatures have dropped into the 30′s for most. A bit of patchy frost cannot be ruled out as a result of the cold.
Wednesday will feature warmer temperatures and increasing clouds throughout the day. Expect sunny skies for the morning drive followed by partly to mostly cloudy skies in time for the PM commute.

Temperatures will be a bit warmer today, with highs in the mid to lower 60′s across the region.
Rain chances will begin to increase Thursday as a few systems pass through the region. We’ll still see plenty of dry time Thursday, with the best chance for rain arriving in the evening.

The best chance for rain and even some thunderstorms over the next five days will arrive Saturday.
