Gusty through Thursday
PEORIA (Heart of Illinois ABC) - A cold front continues to move to the east which has brought colder conditions into the region this morning. A bit of patchy frost is possible as temperatures have dipped into the lower 30′s.
Thursday will bring plenty of sunshine, but the main story will be the return of strong winds. A Wind Advisory will run from 10 AM until 7 PM across the Heart of Illinois.

The morning will be breezy with winds up to 25 miles per hour, but the strongest winds will arrive in the afternoon. Gusts up to 45 miles per hour will be possible out of the west-southwest.

Sunny skies will dominate the day along with cooler temperatures. Daytime highs will reach the mid to lower 50′s, however; the strong winds will make it feel a few degrees colder.
A stray shower or two will be possible Friday morning, otherwise the next several days will be dry.
