PEORIA (Heart of Illinois ABC) - Our streak of rainy weather continues into Thursday’s forecast as a slow moving area of low pressure moves off to the northeast.
Temperatures are running around 10 degrees colder than Wednesday morning, with some of us in the 30′s. This may allow for a few snowflakes to mix in with the rain. The best chance for flurries will be along and to the west of the Illinois River.

Scattered rain will continue through the morning into the early afternoon before tapering off. The afternoon will feature drier conditions, but a few sprinkles will still be possible. Daytime highs will run cooler today, with temperatures in the lower 40′s for most.
A few showers will be possible Friday afternoon/evening ahead of abundant sunshine throughout the weekend.
