Peoria Police investigate bank robbery; No injuries reported

PEORIA (Heart of Illinois ABC) - No injuries were reported after a PNC Bank was robbed in Peoria.
Peoria Police say the call came in around 2 p.m. Thursday at the PNC Bank at 1411 W. Forrest Hill.
Police say a man entered the bank and demanded money, taking an undisclosed amount.
In a later release, Peoria Police said information gathered indicated the suspect to be a man wearing dark clothing.
A gun was not shown but implied.
The suspect fled the area southbound.
Police say additional responding officers canvassed the area for anyone with information, including camera coverage. A K9 track was conducted with negative results.
Police are seeking anyone with information regarding this incident. They say if the identity or the location of the suspect is known, he should not be approached and is considered armed and dangerous.
