PEORIA (Heart of Illinois ABC) - One of Central Illinois’ oldest annual craft shows returned to Richwoods High School Saturday.

Holiday shoppers attended the 37th annual ‘Knight Before Christmas’ craft show where they got to browse 175 vendors for bargains.

Vendors are small businesses from around Central Illinois selling everything from handcrafted jewelry and Christmas decorations to clothes and more.

Coordinator Alex Robinson said after cancelling last year’s show due to the pandemic, they were thrilled to bring the holiday tradition back to the River City.

“It’s just something that people from everywhere come to and look forward to,” Robinson said.

“I think the number of vendors that are here makes it a big deal as well,” she added.

All proceeds benefit Richwoods High School’s extracurricular activities and student organizations.
