Peoria man wanted in McLean County for failing to appear
BLOOMINGTON (Heart of Illinois ABC) - A man last known to live in Peoria is wanted in McLean County for an active warrant of failing to appear.
The failure to appear - theft by deception warrant against Carl Herrman, 75, was issued after he allegedly deceived businesses of monetary loss in 2018 and failed to appear in court, according to Bloomington Police.
Bond is listed at $30,000 with 10% to apply.
Herrman is a white man, 75 years old, balding with gray hair, brown eyes and approximately 6 feet, two inches and 180 pounds.
Police say he was reportedly seen in Bloomington Monday. Anyone who sees Herrman is asked to call the police department’s dispatch at 309-820-8888 or call 911, in an emergency.
